Segment 3 - Greg Wyshynski & Cuts of the Week 2.27.15

Love "Endless Summer Nights"..., grinding at mixers, nice seqgue into the Blues win, Greg Wyshynski of Puck Daddy joins the show, big win for Blues to get some things back on track, interesting vibe from the Blues over the past few weeks, wondering about the shelf life of Ken Hitchcock moving forward, clock is ticking a little bit mostly based on postseason performance, wondering why hockey (plus baseball) have a lot of turnover compared to other professional sports, the amount of criticism from Ken Hitchcock towards his team, some players prefer most comments to stay in the dressing room, comes down to managerial style, trade deadline around the corner, Doug Armstrong scouting some players, prices seem to be a tad high especially for defenseman, Blues could use one more forward or skill guy if possible, cannot go wrong with adding player with deep postseason experience, looking at the rest of the Central Divsion shaping up for the playoffs, Blues and Blackhawks know they have to go through each other, opportunity for Blues with Patrick Kane due to be out for the first couple rounds, let's not jump ahead with the Hitch job security, Doug does not like how coach gets fired for postseason failure, nice examples of letting go Scotty Bowman or Joel Quenneville because they could not win the big games, attitude towards the regular season this year maybe just waiting for the playoffs, saving money to buy tickets for the postseason, belief that Blues have to out work each opponent to get to the next level, Frank calls with hit and run questions, wondering if Doug would run for the Mayor of Sunset Hills, texters coming up with slogans for Doug's campaign, stay tight and rewarding like Tim..., Doug desrcibes his weight loss techniques, Doug is a bit of a hot shot..., time to reflect with the Bertarelli Cutlery Cuts of the Week & still laughing at the same jokes for about a decade.
