Supporting the sponsors, Kelly Chase of the St. Louis Blues joins the show, back to their loss against the Blue Jakcets over the weekend, catching CBJ at tough time as they're playing hurt, some interesting things about playing at home, update on Alexander Steen suffering lower-body injury as well as TJ Oshie, not expecting anything long or big with those injuries, first night back for Kevin Shattenkirk was quite servicable, expecting that kind of play out of the All-Star defenseman to start with expectation of improvement with each game, the shape of the Central Division, Chaser wants to see the Blackhawks early in the postseason, going to get tough test each night from here on it regardless of the opponent or their record, expect the same out of the Canucks tonight as they fight for their own seeding, recent postseason success from the Kings gives any team the confidence to win regardless of seed, differing opinions on facing the Hawks early in the playoffs, if Doug were the coach..., bow your necks..., name on the front..., going to the Blues game, Plow Boy might drive Willie too, plenty of shuttles from Soulard, parking at the Blues game as a fan, Rick Hummel of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch joins the show, update on Jaime Garcia being held back at the moment, depth of the starting rotation as well as the pitching staff going into the season, full bench or right-handed hitters going into the season, the Birds trading Sam Freeman to the Rangers, thoughts on Trevor Rosenthal having a terrific Spring Training, his bracket is pretty much done, the minor league players for the Cards have apparently killing the brackets this season, support the sponsors, hope spring eternal, The Cat needs to sing..., "gotta have heart...", request for Michigan J.
